"We liked the hotel and its services. Though small but it offers good value for money. You can trace Shimla with a cup of coffee in its little lawn. Taxi stand is near so you donÃ‚â€™t have to walk or hire porters like in other hotels on the Mall Road. ItÃ‚â€™s on the right side of busy Mall Road so away from the entire clamour but on the flip side you have to walk a little extra to enjoy the real city around the ridge/church. Only drawback I feel is that its lift to reception is located good 50 meters up from the road and at times itÃ‚â€™s difficult to carry your luggage."

"The hotel is not worth staying in, it has water shortage and the service is bad. The hotel employees were very rude and refused room service. It has parking space but they refused to allow my car to be parked. The room condition was pathetic. The bedsheets were dirty and the room was stinking, the washroom door never closed. On asking the house keeping for an extra pillow, he just stuffed a dewan cushion in a pillow case and gave it. The food quality was average. I would never recommend this hotel to anybody."

"The location of the hotel is excellent right in the lap of nature s pristine surroundings. The hotel staff was also very helpful and accommodating. However what needs to be viewed seriously is the pricing extended to guests for the stay. It is definitely overpriced especially keeping the in room services in mind. The washroom amenities and the linen need a relook. The hotel can certainly do with more attention on getting these things up to date so as to make it available to the guests. The in premises movie viewing was an excellent initiative especially bearing the fact that there is not a lot that one can do in Kasauli outside. Good outing & good stay which can further be enhanced with these small little moderations."

"The hotel from outside is very attractive, the rooms though are not up to satisfaction. The linen was not clean and the switch boards were hanging outside. The view was very good from the balcony though but cleanliness was issue. Not value for money at all , there were power cuts in the night and the back up took them good time. The food was nice though and value for money over all an average hotel not a 3 star at all. There was no complimentary break fast and nothing was provided in the washroom except one Rs. 2 cheap soap. The staff was nice nothing against the hotel but they can definitely improve as they had the right infrastructure to do it. Only thing they need to take care of is the basic things in the room especially cleanliness."

"Definitely a good choice! The rooms were well-maintained, and the staff prompt and attentive. The food rated a "3" and can definitely be improved upon. Small little gestures like a "Places to see" printout in every room and an open-air movie show every evening really made the visit worthwhile. The location was just right - not in the middle of the market, and not secluded either. All-in-all, a great experience."
