"It was one of the worst experiences. No proper room service, no dishes available as per menu. Geyser not working, two lamps fused not replaced, room not cleaned despite instructions. Please avoid this hotel"

"Arrived hotel Rock Bay around 12:40pm on 10th June, just given order for the lunch but till 2:40pm no one served us. We were unable to contact room service or reception because the room we occupied its telephone was not working. At last I went to reception and on the way I saw a room boy, again I have order for the lunch and also complain for delay and telephone not working. After half an hour we got lunch and the manager of the hotel requested us to shift into another room, room no 207 from 1st floor to 2nd floor of the hotel. We have sifted for our convenient but the room AC was not working properly, window curtain which was installed covered AC window, small dining table was not in the table, not having towel in the room, water bottle was empty. Again I had complained for all this, but problem not solved fully. Got water but its not cold, towel received but its not proper clear, technician come to room but AC not work perfectly. After travelling long we didnÃât have rest due to hotel problem. Also ask hotel manager that, is it happen with us only or the hotel is maintaining the same status? Hotel also offer complimentary breakfast but we had check in late and not got benefit on the check out morning. Overall the experience with this 3 star hotel was not good."
