"I booked this hotel seeing it was a 5*, I stayed for 4 nights. It was very disappointing. For my full stay they never changed the bedsheet nor the duet cover. Even on requesting also we didnÂ’t get the change, we slept 4 nights with the same bedsheet and duets. Cleanliness is very poor. Hair was lying on the floor and the bed. Overall this hotel can be rated for a 2* or 3* but definitely not 5*."

"This was a great hotel. The rooms are really nice and the pool was great. The food was good too. The bed was kind of hard. The staff was very helpful with everything. I would definitely stay here again next time."

"Riviera de Goa has to be the best resort of Goa at this price. The resort is brand new with amazing rooms and a breathtaking balcony view that opens towards the pool. All the services were excellent, staff was very curteous and professional. Hotel location: Arpora was 2 kms away from Baga and 3 kms from Calungute. The hotel had complementary drop/pickup to Baga several times a day and we were able to manage most of the times without hiring a car/bike. Our daughter loved the pool. Food quality was good. Overall - a terrific experience! I highly recommend this resort."
