"Room booked was not good. On reaching there we have found that room is on backside of hotel and not providing any view. Thus we have given some additional money to upgrade the room, which has somehow good view but still the quality of that room was not good. I would like to say that it does not give me value for money."

"The hotel is good but the travel desk people are not managing the show properly. They were following for travel desk payment as if the guest will leave with the payments with 3 reminders in an hour. Overall a good experience though."

" The hotel is located in middle of the mall and the Hadimba Temple and thus offers a good scenic view. No hustle bustle, and at the same time not very far from the places of interest. The rooms are also quite spacious and well maintained. The only thing that the hotel lacks on is the service. The service desk had to be reminded twice for getting the room cleaned. The tubelight in the washroom was flickering and it never got fixed (in spite of being mentioned as soon as we checked in). All in all, the hotel is good but the service can be improved. "
