A four star property, Hotel Sandesh The Prince welcomes you into a towering structure that faces a huge parking lot. The fountain at the entrance is as majestic as the main hall which is huge with a two floor high ceiling. It comprises the lobby, reception, bell desk and travel desk. At one end is a glass elevator which offers a beautiful view of the lobby walls that are adorned by art work that runs the entire height of the wall. This hall forms the focal point of the hotel and offers easy access to the various facilities including restaurant, bar, conference halls and health club.

Rooms
The hotel has 112 rooms that are divided into 96 Executive rooms, 8 Premier rooms, 7 Executive Suites and 1 Prince Club Suite. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with all modern amenities including cable television, direct dial telephone, mini bar, study table, luggage rack, cupboard and sofa with a centre table. All rooms except the Executive rooms have a 3-seater dining table and a full length mirror. In addition, the Suites enjoy amenities like an electronic safe, computer, weighing scale, refrigerator, cordless telephone and tea/coffee maker. Washroom amenities are common across categories and include a bathtub, telephone, gargle glass, soap, shampoo, moisturiser, talcum powder, bubble bath and linen. All Suites have a jacuzzi style bathtub.

Hotel Sandesh The Prince also offers accommodation in Premier Suites, which are created using an Executive Suite along with an additional room. Here, the Executive Suite becomes the bedroom while an additional room furnished with a sofa set, television, telephone, study table, mini bar and attached washroom, serves as the living room. The Prince Club Suite is luxurious with wooden flooring and 2 balconies. It has a separate living room equipped with the same amenities as a Premier Suite while the bedroom is equipped with a plasma television and a massage chair in addition to all other amenities.

Dining
The Castle, a multi cuisine restaurant serves a variety of delectable cuisines while The Road, a theme pub offers a range of domestic as well as international liquor brands. While the bar is open from 11 am to 11 pm, the restaurant is open for meals. Serving cuisines like Mughlai, South Indian, Chinese and Continental, it serves a buffet spread for breakfast from 7 am to 9:45 am while a la carte is available for lunch (12 noon - 3:15 pm) and dinner (7 pm - 10:45 pm). ). The hotel also boasts of a 24 hour coffee shop, Cafe 24 x 365. Room service is available round the clock.

Conferences & Banquets
Conference facilities include 2 meeting rooms and Parkview, a well equipped hall that can accommodate 200-250 guests in a theatre style arrangement and 100 guests in a U-shape arrangement. The two meeting rooms, The Senator and Board Room, can accommodate 25 to 30 guests each. The hotel also has a banquet hall named Mahal, which is spacious enough to host events for up to 500 guests.

Recreational Facilities
Recreational facilities include a health club, swimming pool and discotheque. The swimming pool can be used between 7 am and 7 pm while the health club is open from 5:30 am to 8 pm and comprises a gymnasium and facilities for steam and sauna. Both facilities are complimentary for resident guests. The hotel also has a games room.

The hotel also houses a beauty facility called Nandita's, which has a beauty parlour as well as a men's salon. Open from 8 am to 8 pm, it uses spa based methodology and offers ayurvedic as well as naturopathy/herbal treatments. It offers all beauty and body treatments and also has a nail parlour.
