Location
Located just 250 metres from the Katra Toll Barrier on Reasi Road in Katra, KC Residency enjoys proximity to all parts of the town. It is just a kilometre away from the bus stand and Yatra Registration Office while Banganga is 2.5 km away. The nearest railhead and airport is at Jammu, approximately 50 kilometres away.

Rooms
The hotel offers luxurious accommodation in 57 well furnished rooms that are divided into 42 Deluxe rooms, 5 Super Deluxe rooms, 8 Deluxe Suites and 2 Luxury Suites. Each room is equipped with all modern amenities including television with satellite channels, telephone, mini bar, sofa with centre table, study table, luggage rack and cupboard. Washroom amenities include soap, shampoo, shower cap, moisturiser, comb, dental kit, shaving kit, talcum powder, linen, shower cubicle and an extension of the room telephone.
In addition to other amenities, Super Deluxe rooms have a balcony/sit out area while the Luxury Suites have 2 LCD televisions and a partitioned living room with sofas and a dining table. While the room telephone has an intercom facility, STD/ISD calls can be connected through the reception.

Darpan, the vegetarian multi cuisine restaurant at KC Residency serves delectable North Indian, South Indian, Gujarati, Chinese and Continental fare. There is an open dining area in the garden as well as a covered sitting area adjacent to the air conditioned restaurant. Guests can also enjoy in-room dining through room service, which is available round the clock.

The use of onion and garlic is prohibited within the town of Katra. Hence, the hotel serves pure vegetarian fare, prepared without onion or garlic.
