You drive through winding roads and dense forests, climbing up the Shivaliks, to reach Corbett Ramganga Resort. There is a sudden descent, an opening, and the resort sprawls in front of you, not overlooking the river valley but on the Ramganga riverbed. The location of this resort is what should compel you to stay here - right in the middle of wilderness with nothing but the mountains around you and the Ramganga River brushing past it. Rolling gardens are everywhere, flanked by cottages. Wherever you are on the property, the river and the mountains are always in view. The lobby cum reception has a small library as well.

Rooms
There are 28 rooms at the resort in the categories of Safari Tent, Deluxe room and Super Deluxe room. The safari Tents are housed inside a bamboo enclosure. The tents are well appointed with a double bed, chairs and table and a tea/coffee maker. The tents lead to a concrete alcove which serves as a dressing room with a mirror, clothes hangers and shelves. The alcove gives way to a contemporary, concrete washroom with a shower. Bath amenities include shampoo and soap. The Deluxe and Super Deluxe rooms are housed in a separate block in the middle of the garden. Both categories have large glass windows with superb views. Super Deluxe rooms are larger in size than Deluxe and have a beautiful window seat that gives you a stunning view of the scenery around. Amenities in both categories include wardrobe, telephone and cushioned chairs. En suite washrooms have showers and also large, all glass windows. Bath amenities include shampoo and soap. The resort provides room service for morning and evening tea.

Dining
The resort's restaurant reflects jungle living, set in a round, sloping roof enclosure. Verdant creepers cover the restaurant and large windows adorn the walls allowing ample amount of natural light. Since the restaurant is set on a raised platform, the views of the scenery are phenomenal. Multi cuisine fare is served here.

Hotel Facilities
The resort arranges for jungle safaris on request. The large swimming pool lies amidst the garden, surrounded by dense mango trees on one side, and the other opening to the unending vista of the mountains and the river. Resort has a badminton court and a volley ball court. Other sports and entertainment options include table tennis, football, cricket and carom. The resort also arranges for adventure activities such as trekking, fishing and river rafting. Their conference hall has a capacity of 100 guests and the dining hall can accommodate 45 guests. The resort organises bon fire nights from October to March. Other facilities include car rental, ticketing, sight seeing, hotel booking and car parking. The resort accepts credit cards.

The resort lies 35 kms from Ramnagar. Dhikala is 18 kms from the resort and Durga Devi gate of the Reserve is 8 kms away.
