ITINERARY

DAY 1: BAGDOGRA / NEW JALPAIGURI - DARJEELING (93 KMS/APPROX: 3.5 HRS)

On arrival at the Bagdogra airport or New Jalpaiguri railway station (on your own), and drive to Darjeeling on arrival you will check in to your hotel. Rest of the day at leisure for shopping.

DAY 2: DARJEELING

This morning (around 4 am), you will drive to Tiger Hill to witness the sunrise over the fabulous views of the famous Mt.Kanchendzonga (28,208 ft) (subject to clear weather conditions). Later visit Ghoom Monastery and other places of interest. The evening at leisure.

DAY 3: DARJEELING - KALIMPONG (55 KMS/APPROX: 1.5 HRS)

Drive to Kalimpong, on arrival transfer to hotel, afternoon half day city tour.

DAY 4: KALIMPONG - GANGTOK (77 KMS/APPROX: 3 HRS)

Today take picturesque drive to Gangtok, enroute visiting the Rumtek Monastery, where on arrival you will check in to your hotel. The rest of the afternoon at leisure.

DAY 5: GANGTOK

Proceed on a city tour visiting Do Drul Chorten, the Enchey Monastery and the marvelous collection of orchids in the Orchid Sanctuary.

DAY 6: GANGTOK - BAGDOGRA / NEW JALPAIGURI (127 KMS/APPROX: 4.5 HRS)

Today you are transferred to Bagdogra airport or New Jalpaiguri railway station for your onward journey.
