" My booking was for Deluxe room, hence it is applicable for it. Overall hotel experience was very good. Restaurant is also very good. One thing I donÂ’t like is that, at the time of my check out no body came for receiving luggage. I think this is due to communication gap. I would also recommend that reception shall be on grand floor of 5 storey building and not away from it. "
