New Delhi, March 31, 2008 - IndiGo, the award-winning low-fare domestic airline that is redefining airline quality standards in India, now offers same-day morning outbound coupled with evening return nonstop service, as well as afternoon services, conveniently connecting business destinations across India.
Speaking on the scope of IndiGo’s services, Bruce Ashby, President and CEO of IndiGo said, “In recent months we have expanded our scope of services so that we offer not only affordable fares, on time flights and hassle free service, and now an extremely convenient schedule for our business travelers as well.
“Our focus on affordability, on-time performance, quality and convenience has been recognized by travelers, who recently voted IndiGo the Best Low-Fare Carrier in India for the year 2007,” he added.
IndiGo also announced today that it is expanding its route network with the introduction of new round trip services between Delhi and Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Bangalore and Hyderabad; between Hyderabad and Mumbai; between Pune and Ahmedabad; and between Bangalore and Hyderabad. Also, IndiGo passengers will be able to fly between Kolkata and Pune with a same-aircraft connection.
