Air India Express History

Air India Express was established in May 2004 as a subsidiary of Air India under a new business strategy. Air India Express got the delivery of first aircraft Boeing 737 – 800 on February 22, 2005. The airline began operations on April 29, 2005 with inaugural flight from Thiruvananthapuram to Abu Dhabi.
