I found the booking system on makemytrip simple yet easy to use. Really like the way to narrow down on the buses to book.However the bus was no up to the mark, hopefull the bus wallas will listen to the the customers and run some good quality buses.Overall a 'decent' experiece on bus booking on makemytrip.

The bus portal of Makemytrip is truly amazing. The idea is great and the ease with which I could look up the busses and their schedule was amazing. I selected the bus I wanted to travel in and pressed book and paid for it hassle free. There were plenty of payment methods available and the flow was seamless.
