This is to bring to your notice that I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Juban Marwein. He has been extremely patient, verrrry prompt, persistent in his follow-ups and consistent in giving me all the info that I required in the last few days. I appreciate the time, effort, patience and the suggestions given by him.
He was definitely efficient and suggested the best packages which he had to offer to suit my thoughts and ideas. Given my time schedule, work and the timeframe in which I had to book the hotel and sight seeing packages, it was impossible for me to find out something on my own. I know he has worked hard to find out the extra info which I wanted from different hotels as I am very meticulous and also gave me good professional advice.
In the bargain, I definitely overshot my budget a bit, but I know it’s worth it and am extrrrremely pleased with his suggestion. He understood my budget range and has given me the best. This was a gift to my sis and her family on account of her birthday and am glad that he took a call to suggest this to me, understanding my preferences and the situation.
Moreover, it makes a lot of difference when the CSR is speaking in a calm tone, absolutely un-hassled by the list of queries by the customer and speaks with great enthusiasm and gusto. I have headed a couple of operations myself in a voice based process earlier and know what it takes to respond like that. Truly appreciated!!!
