We stayed in the best Suite room on the top floor. It was spacious and had a huge window with beautiful view of the hills. It even had a skylight! The room felt cosy because of the sloping wooden ceiling and pretty cane furniture. I also liked the beautifully tiled washroom. Room service was excellent. They can give extra blankets and heater if you feel too cold. Laundry was fresh and clean. It is on a good location. Overall, an absolute value for money.

Quaint but effective is how I would term this hotel, located on a hill top and looking down on the valley the hotel offers a breathtaking view. Service of the team lead by Pritam is a definite plus and goes a long way in making the stay memorable. One down side was the sagging beds which I was promised would be looked into. As and when I go back to Darjeeling this hotel will definitely be my first priority. And for the price that I payed for the rooms, this is superb value for money.

A very good hotel for value for money. Recommended for travellers who like to have market place, taxi stand, restaurants nearby. Heritage wing is better than new, but rooms in new wing also good.

The hotel has the best of the view provided by any hotels in the hills. Even the worst of the fog cannot hinder the breathtaking view from the room. The amenities are very good and the hotel staff are very courteous. Final word on the hotel is "Money spent wisely". But going by the saying "Nobody is perfect", I do feel that hotel can do some work to improve their room services. Otherwise it's reallly a very good hotel to spend your vacation.
