Well maintained property with adequately good services but top management should not be so rigid about the value added services e.g D.J's...etc provided to their customers specifically when it's a relationship business. Moreover there must be some advantage tariff to MakeMyTrip customers.

This is one of the better hotels in Dalhousie. Its location is ideal as the bus stand is within walking distance yet itÂs far enough to offer a clear view of the surroundings. There are no buildings blocking your view. The hotel and room were quite clean and well looked after. The room was quite spacious and the washroom was huge! The food was especially good, canÂt say I was disappointed even once in three days. In fact, it was quite a relief since Dalhousie doesnÂt really have too many dining out options. Room service is prompt and the staff is courteous and helpful. Overall, it was a delightful experience.

The hotel has some good things and many bad things about it. The good part is its location which is at some height and offers a good view. Also there is a short-cut way to the famous Subhash Chowk from this hotel and one can reach that place within few moments. Another good thing it the hotel has enough parking space which is otherwise a nightmare in any hill station. But the good part stops here. The rooms are average and service pathetic. Food is lousy and below average. Don't expect your breakfast before 9.30 am and dinner before 9.30 pm, you will never get it. The worst part is that the hotel people have some obsession with their geysers and they will switch it off every two hours or so! It's a lifetime experience that you will enter the bathroom to take a bath and find the geyser switched off from the main switch and then you call the reception, they will switch it on and you will have to wait for another 15 min for warm water, it happened not only once but twice during our stay.
