The room condition is ok but not worth the money. The hotel food is average and service is slow. The housekeeping is average. The fun-zone in the hotel is good. There are lots of games for kids and evening entertainment programs. The hotel campus is impressive, lush green. They operate sightseeing tours which are very good. However the hotel is very expensive considering the luxuries offered. I think it is good for members.

Club Mahindra Kodagu Valley is a great place for families. The location and the landscaping are very much attune with Coorg. My kids didn't want to leave the resort. The food was good. The activities available at the resort kept us busy and the continuous rainfall did not bother us. The resort was thoughtful enough to provide umbrellas. The giant chessboard was a hit with my family who are chess lovers. The only complaint I have is Club Mahindra should not be charging guests for homemade carnival games with a whopping minimum amount of Rs 300.

We made a good decision of staying at Club Mahindra. A good resort is important in Coorg as there are not many sight seeing options. This resort provides so many activities to do including sports, adventure, safaris, tours, etc. They have good dining options, slightly on costlier side though. If you are vegetarian, you can get economical a la carte in Mercara. It's best option if you are with family. It's a must try if it suits your budget. Staff is excellent. Ambience is cool.
