They could very well include atleast one way airport transfer for the amount charged for the stay. I prefer free WI-FI when you pay more money like we do. Atleast an hour free and charge after that if necessary.

The hotel was very nice. The rooms and bathrooms were maintained well. However, the quality of the food could have been better for the standard of the hotel. The staff members were also very helpful and very polite.

I stayed in The Residency for the second time. The hotel is quite nice and the service is much better than any other hotel in Coimbatore, and I have been a frequent traveler to Coimbatore. The stay was pleasant and the room and the view from the window was nice too. Breakfast was quite appetizing with a lot of variety. The bathrooms leave a lot to be desired. They are very clean but they don't look clean. The lighting in the bathroom is dull, and the green marble used extensively doesn't look clean. I think it has been damaged by cleaning with acids - I saw this in more than one room. They need to fix this.
