This 3 star property is an imposing white building with the upper half of the building almost like a bastion - the look is very true to its name. It was started in 1999 and is home to 8 floors.

Lobby
The hotel lobby is a very spacious one with natural light streaming in through the glass walls. For curtains, there is an innovative feature of ropes hanging from the ceiling - unique. A piano takes up space in the corner of the room and the seating space is populated with straight back chairs and round glass top coffee tables. Marble flooring and marble pillars make this a sparkling area with light bouncing off the walls and floor. A travel desk sits on the left of the entrance, where you can fulfill any query you may have. The reception counter spreads across the wall and beside it is the 24 hours business centre that is well equipped with the best of business facilities.

Rooms
A whopping total of 84 rooms are divided into 64 Standard rooms which comprise of the base category, 10 Executive Suites and 10 Suites being the highest category. The Executive rooms come in twin bed and double bed categories. All the rooms have wooden flooring except for the Standard rooms which are carpeted and all the washrooms have bathtubs with a shower. The facilities common to all the rooms are cable television, air conditioning, 24 hours hot & cold water, 24 hours room service and toiletries in the washrooms. The Suites have added facilities of larger spaces, 2 televisions, minibar, dining table and tea/coffee makers. Most of the rooms have matching bedcovers and curtains which adds charm to the space.

Other services and facilities offered in the hotel are safe deposit lockers, beauty parlour, gift shop (9:00 am to 5:00 pm) which mainly sells handicrafts, currency exchange, conferencing facilities, 24 hour business centre, laundry, travel desk, swimming pool, Ayurvedic massage centre, fitness centre, doctor on call, a video game parlour for children and acceptance of all major credit cards.

Dining
The dining facilities in the restaurant include Jharokha the multi cuisine restaurant which offers a choice of a la carte and buffet meals for breakfast (7:30 am to 10:00 am), lunch (12:30 pm to 3:00 pm) and dinner (7:30 pm to 11:00 pm). There are two entrances into the restaurant - one from the lobby and the other from the hotel exterior. There is also the 24 hour coffee shop which is the Orient. It is located in the basement and only offers a choice of a la carte meals. Alcohol is not served on the property but you are free to buy your own and consume it within the privacy of your room.

Banquets & Conferences
The hotel largely caters to business functions and meetings with its 5 banquet halls. There is Durbar 1 & 2 which shares a collapsible partition and has an attached terrace. This space is large and centrally air conditioned. It also has an attached ladies and gents washroom. Together, they can accommodate 250 persons. There is Ghungroo which can accommodate 60 persons and is a fully carpeted space with high ceilings and tall curtains. Mezbaan and Mehfil are two rooms converted into a conference hall which can accommodate 15 - 20 persons each. Both the rooms are air conditioned and have attached washrooms.

The hotel's Ayurvedic centre is open from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm and is a small space with basic facilities and therapists for ladies and gents. The swimming pool is located in the backyard and is open from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm while the gymnasium is functional from 5:30 am to 7:30 pm. It also has a television and is air conditioned. The pool and gymnasium are complimentary for in house guests.
