This is one classy hotel considering it's a 3 star. The hotel offers personalized service and the interiors leave you with a positive feeling. The classy white exterior is just a preview of what you will find inside.

Lobby
The hotel lobby is smart, spacious area with white marble tiles, halogen lights illuminating the space, brown upholstered sofas and armchairs and at the centre of the lobby is a wood base, white marble top table which has a pretty flower arrangement atop it. On the right of the entrance is the reception and travel desk which offer a variety of services and a warm welcome. The reception table has a white marble top and wood paneling on the wall behind. A separate ladies and gents washroom is attached to the lobby and a smart winding staircase leads to the other floors.

Rooms
A total of 80 rooms are divided into 76 Deluxe rooms and 4 Suites with the Suites being the more flamboyant category. The facilities common to all the rooms are cable television, direct dial STD/ISD telephones, air conditioning, hot and cold running water, minibar with water and soda, 24 hours room service, wireless internet connections at an extra charge, and luxurious toiletries. The Suites are much larger spaces with a separate seating area and a round dining table. The only difference with the Suites and Deluxe rooms is the size and the fact that the Suite has a higher end television. The rooms offer a comfortable abode with all comforts and luxuries taken care of.

Services & Facilities
Other services offered are a rooftop swimming pool and a Jacuzzi, health club with a sauna and steam bath, Ayurvedic massage centre, a multi gymnasium, fully equipped business lounge, internet facility, spacious car parking, grocery/convenience store, doctor on call, currency exchange, laundry, gents' hair dresser, travel assistance, safe deposit lockers and acceptance of all major credit cards.

Dining
The dining facilities include Kadaloram which specializes in some mouth watering Kerala cuisine. It only offers a buffet for lunch (12:00 noon to 3:00 pm) and dinner (7:00 pm to 11:00 pm). It is a lovely space with brown tiles, wood chairs, wooden blinds at the windows, earthy colours, plates and paddles embellishing the walls and lantern square lamps. Outside the restaurant is a separate ladies and gents washroom. Regency is the multi cuisine restaurant that can accommodate 80 persons and is open for breakfast (7:00 am to 10:30 am), buffet lunch (12:00 noon to 3:00 pm) and an a la carte dinner (7:00 pm to 11:00 pm). The buffet space is a large table with an illuminated bottom and this is another delightful space where you would love to sample a dish or indulge in a buffet. There is also Cafe Canopy which is located outside the hotel and can accommodate 75 persons. It is a brightly lit space and is open from 6:00 am to 2:00 am and offers multi cuisine snacks, deserts and mini meals. It smells of freshly baked breads and lots of goodies.

Banquets & Conferences
The hotel also offers a Business Lounge, located on the first floor and is only for in house guests. It is a smart, well tailored space with green carpets and sofas, cane cushioned chairs, wood blinds at the windows and two separate washrooms for ladies and gents. You can lounge around here and enjoy an evening with a colleague or simply enjoy a drink by yourself. Attached is the business centre which is open from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm and offers secretarial services (8:00 am to 4:00 pm), printer, fax and internet. Seven conference and banquet halls populate the interiors of the hotel. There is the Grand Ballroom which can accommodate 500 - 700 persons, Inner Circle for 100 guests, Rendezvous for 125 guests, Garden Court 1 and 2 for 125 guests each and Imperial Hall for 125 guests. All conferencing equipment and audio visual equipment is supplied but at an extra charge.

Health & Fitness
The hotel has a lovely rooftop space with the swimming pool (maximum depth of 6 feet) and a Jacuzzi both of which are complimentary for in house guests. There is also a children's pool and this is open from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm. The changing rooms are in the health club beside the pool. The health club has all necessary equipment for a good workout and is centrally air conditioned. It is open during the same timings as of the pool. There is also a massage centre where ladies and gents can be catered to separately and this too functions at the same timings as the health club and swimming pool. The Ayurvedic centre has a doctor who is available from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm.

This delightful hotel offers some of the best services and good food at affordable prices. Being a three star hotel, it offers more than you'd expect. What a treat!

Location
The hotel is located bang on MG Road just 32 kilometres from the airport and 2 and a half kilometres from the South Railway Station. It is about 40 minutes away from the famous Fort Cochin area.

Don't Miss
Do visit the swimming pool and terrace area where the pool is situated. Couple sunbathing or splashing around in the pool with a relaxing and refreshing soak in the hot water Jacuzzi. This experience with a beautiful view will be worth it!
