Hotel Benzz Park is located 12 kilometres from the railway station, 12 kilometres from the airport and 15 kilometres from the main bus stand. The hotel is close to commercial and business hub of the city.

Hotel Benzz Park Tulip is set in the hub of Chennai and is always buzzing with activity. On entering the lobby, you see huge oriental vases propped up against the walls, marble flooring, furnished with beige and blue sofas and a black marble waterfall with plants around it. The lobby is dotted with all sorts of show pieces and mantle pieces. The lobby has two glass elevators facing out towards the city.

The hotel has a total of 64 rooms categorised as 60 Superior rooms and 4 Suites. The hotel has four rooms for floors and two rooms for banquet halls. The hotel also has a bedroom which is connected to a board room which caters to guests who have a lot of business meetings lined up and want their personal conference space at their disposal. All the bathrooms have bathtubs. The rooms have air conditioning, mini bars, cable television, direct dial STD/ISD phones, electronic safes, channel music and electronic key. Some of the rooms even have a bay window with a deewan as the seating area by the window.

The dining facilities offered at Hotel Benzz Park are named after famous car models. Ferrari is the 24 hour coffee shop connected to the lobby. The coffee shop offers a breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet along with an a la carte menu. There is the Porsche which is a multi cuisine restaurant with a buffet as well. This restaurant is fully carpeted with a bright red carpet and has wood blinds on the windows. Finally, there is the Lexus Bar which is dimly lit and is on the basement level. There is a circular bar counter that stretches nearly across the length of the room. The bar is very cosy and alive; buzzing with activity nearly all the time and also has a big plasma screen as a feature. The bar is open from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm and happy hours are from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm.

The hotel also has three banquet halls which are the Rolls Royce, Rover and the Volvo and can cater to all your business requirements. All basic material is included in the conference halls like overhead projectors, flip charts, pencils and pads and microphones. The hotel also has a state of the art business centre and offers secretarial service besides 24 hour access to fax, copier and internet facilities.
