The 12 two- or three-bed room flats are air conditioned and comprise living room, dining room (table, chairs, cutlery), kitchen, utility room and washroom. Amenities include Telephone, television with satellite connection, washing machine and refrigerator. There is an attendant on call and the apartments also have spacious wardrobes and reading table/chair.

Please note that while each room at an apartment is self sufficient and rented out separately, the living room and dining area are commonly shared by all residents of that apartment.

Whitefield (7 Km)

A greenbelt on the outskirts of the city, Whitefield is home to the city’s International Tech Park - ITPB. ITPB also has a Tech Park Mall with a wide range of services and recreational facilities. The Satya Sai Baba ashram is also in the Whitefield area.

Hal Airport (3 Km)

HAL is the domestic and international airport located about 14 kms from the city centre. It is serviced by all domestic and selective international airlines.

Bangalore City Railway Station (10 Km)
